Promotions created with the Broadleaf Commerce admin can be delivered automatically or via a shared code. The promotions utilize a sophisticated rules engine which allows targeting based on customer and/or cart attributes. The rules engine allows you to target promotions to loyalty customer (or any data you have captured about the customer).
Like the other components with Broadleaf Commerce, if you need to make promotions unique to your business, the promotion engine can be easily extended and customized.
